Please let me introduce myself and tell you
some things about my
business. My name is W. Scott Forrest. I have been faceting
for 20 years and opened my jewelry store in 1993. Before
opening my store I faceted stones for my
father, Bill, and his partner, Buzz Gray. They owned the "Benitoite Gem
Mine"
for about 35 years. Also for other dealers where I
learned how to handle different types of gems. I started
purchasing rough and began to sell my own finished goods. After a few
years I reopened a
closing jewelry store and called it "W. Scott Forrest Gemstones"
It is a
small store but has a great location. It is located right in the
heart of Old Town Clovis, an area very similar to Old Town
Sacramento -- without the river. Clovis is on the Northeast side
of Fresno, almost the center of California.
I update my site featuring the new stones
and jewelry pieces under the heading "Fresh off the Dop".

When ordering, I would like to speak with each person. My office
hours are from 11 a.m. -5:30 p.m.., P.S.T. If this is not a

Personal checks require clearance from my bank before items are
shipped. For security reasons, please leave credit card information by
telephone only. Shipping charges are $5.00-$15.00 depending on your
order. Items are sent by U.S. Post Office, registered/insured.

I guarantee your satisfaction with a ten day
inspection period. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied,
just call, and I will promptly refund your money, less postage on any
undamaged, unaltered merchandise.

It was a gorgeous day and we all had fun. I was lucky and found a few
stones. I will etch them and post them when they are
finished.
Next field trip will be to a Sunstone Mine in Oregon. Not positive of
the dates yet, but around June 6th.
